Three of the Festival's most exciting emergent directors — including alumni directors of TIFF Short Cuts and Industry Talent — discuss their journeys thus far, from learning their craft and making short films to developing and directing their first features. Hear how Reed Van Dyk (Atonement), Carol Nguyen (Still Night, Burning House), and Marie-Clémentine Dusabejambo (Ben’Imana) honed their projects, found the collaborators they needed, and coped with challenges, all while protecting their creative visions.
