Synopsis

Less follow-up or sequel to his breakout debut than a sly and clever echo, Lisandro Alonso’s graceful and extraordinarily beautiful Double Freedom returns us to the daily life of Misael, a solitary labourer in Argentina’s rural La Pampa.
